Adios Cali, Hola Spain!

OMG I'M FINALLY IN SPAIN!!!!!!!! I honestly cannot believe it! Well, actually I can, considering the fact that I've been here almost a week! I literally got convicted about not blogging. This place is seriously AMAZING! I have never been so in awe in my LIFE!! I literally get to spend ALL MY TIME with God! I went from working 40 hours a week, church approximately 11 hours a week and sleeping 5 hours a night, to literally waking up and spending all of my time, either in quiet time, prayer, or school for God. I have never felt so blessed in my life. I cried my eyes out at my first worship service because I just couldn't help but reverence God for His faithfulness. He told me almost 3 months ago that I would be leaving the country and I believed Him, but to witness everything ACTUALLY happen just blew my mind!!

When I first got here I was so amazed at nature that I completely forgot I was here to learn about my creator. I met my roommates and although I was a little nervous about living in an apartment with 3 other VERY different women, I knew it would all work out because God brought me here. My first night here, my classmates and I all went to a festival and I watched the best firework show I have ever seen. I mean better than Disney.

Today concludes my first week of school, and although I literally have 10 classes, I get a 3 day weekend to enjoy. So as I head down to the beach, which happens to be my back yard, I'll make you all a promise. I will promise to post my experiences every other week, and everything I am encountering and learning, if you all promise to pray for me. This is a very foreign land, with foreign people and even though I am enjoying the scenery, I know God has called me here on a mission and now I need to find out what it is.
